Our company is www.milleniummarbles.com. We import marble blocks and slabs from various countries and process them in our factories in India and sell them all over. I am looking for a social media marketing manager who can think, design, understand our target customer, post to our facebook, instagram, and twitter accounts. Instagram : milleniummarbles Twitter : milleniummarble Facebook : [login to view URL] Responsibilities Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. Requirements Proven working experience in social media or related field Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability Fluency in English BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations Others : 1. They should be content creators ( Skills Necessary - Copywriting, design, basic photography & videography, positioning, creativity) 2. Market Analyst ( Data analysis, curiosity, experience with running scientific experiments, strong presentation skills) 3. News Junkie ( Content curation, hungry for information, effective monitoring, professional on-the-spot communication skills, quick decision-making, good judgment, ability to be calm in the face of stress, ability to think globally) 4. Customer Service Rep ( Strong communication skills, adaptability, calm, desire to solve others' problems, ability to troubleshoot and know where to pass a complex question, knowledge of the company/products/services) 5. Community Manager and Facilitator ( Resourcefulness, ability to connect people and stimulate discussion, firm but empathetic) 6. Funnel Marketing Manager ( Funnel understanding, knowledge of content for each funnel stage, basic sales skills, strong communication skills) 7. Project Manager ( Strong organization skills, strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, data-based decision-making skills)
