FileMaker: Help with multiple records for 1 table

The best way to handle this type of situation would be to create a new related table with the asset. From your post, it looks like instead that the "router" info is written in a field of the customer table. Using a table for assets will require some more time but will save a lot of time and give much more flexibility in the future. The info above should be enough for you to complete the job. Hello I have over 28 years extensive experience with Filemaker Pro and have developed, deployed and maintained many instances from very large and complex down through to small more simple deployments. Regarding the Customer -> Router solution, this is doable and depending on how your current solution is developed, would dictate the time required to complete the project. You don't need a proposal, all you need is a portal to display a 1 to many relationship. You are already on the right track on you your FM Database.
