High Quality Graphic Design / Flash

I am in the process of re-developing one of my dating websites. Technologically, this website has now been re-written from the ground up to optimise PHP, MySQL and make use of such new technology as Smarty templates. However, whilst we have moved the site forward technologically to iron out some of the issues with features, I feel we could now do with a little "polishing" of the design and layout of the new site. Ideally what I need is this... - Complete re-design of homepage to make glossy and high-impact. Possibly include elements of flash. - Review of core site template and menu systems to see if improvements can be made here - A glossy 5-6 page tour of the site features. (possibly using elements of flash again) In essence, I need a quality designer to go through the site, get a feel for it and then suggest design improvements which project a cleaner, crisper, smarter and more professional image of the site. PS. It is worth noting that we are developing a much larger dating engine system which will allow us to create a number of white-label dating sites in coming months. We also hope to re-skin up to 6 other sites before April 2007 so we will also require assistance with the design of these templates. Please do not respond unless you can provide details of recent work which clearly shows that your design skills are of the highest order. I am not interested in hearing from people who are still finding their feet with Photoshop!
