Walk on Video Green Screen Help Setup

OK, here it goes with my best description I can do from the little I know about this stuff. I have great feedback and am looking for someone that knows this stuff backwards and forwards. You must be an expert in this since I am not and am only providing you with what I want to do. I do not know how to talk programming language at all!!! I just know what I want : ) Please note I will be looking for someone who is capable of editing my video too with the professional software tools required and send me the code(s) to be used. I will have the raw video from a green screen and want to set myself up for my own websites to use a virtual spokesperson. I need to be able to add it to any page of my site. I have my own servers to do this. I need someone to edit and provide the code needed plus, I want to develop a way for me to add that code to my own website that has my own player too (own player should have functions to auto load the spokesperson, stop, play rewind and all the functions a player should have for a spokesperson. I want the full working version myself so I do not have to pay someone else to do it. I do not want to host it somewhere else. I want someone to create an admin control panel way for me to take the edited video/code and set it up myself. The reason is, I am developing a website where I will have a new walk on for many pages of the website. You can see why I need to be able to add this myself. Please do not bid and give me a partial way of doing this. I am looking for the people out there who understand that I want to be self sufficient with doing my own virtual spokesperson. I want this administrator ability to be able to be added to other websites I have too.
