You are supplied with a dataset to help begin your analysis of the problem. Your problem centres around a fictional town, Sandy Town, located somewhere in Ontario. A conceptual block diagram of Sandy Town, including data locations, is presented in Figure 1. The data that you are supplied with consists of:  Borehole locations (Figure 1)  Borehole logs (Appendix)  Locations of key buildings and physiographic features in Sandy Town (Figure 1)  Sandy River water sampling site locations (X’s on Figure 1)  Locations of petroleum seeps (Figure 1) To help you get started on your problem-solving, you will need a good understanding of the geology. You are provided with borehole data (Appendix 1). Use the borehole data to construct individual logs at each corresponding log location (see well numbers and refer to the block diagram).
