I would like to hire a Geologist to examine the slope in back of my property

I live in Fullerton, California 92832 and behind my property is a 6 foot wide easement that telephone poles and a half pipe storm drain reside. After that easement there is a 50' drop slop rather steep. The problem i am having is that my backyard is starting to creep (slide) and it shows in the hardscape I have. I need someone to come and inspect on this. Is this something that anyone can do?
