Help me combine two stories/ scripts into one

I have two screenplays. "The Incredible Tale of Mr. Wogglebug" and "The Wogglebug and Sylvie and the Enchanted Forest." They both follow each other. But I've been lately wanting to try to combine them into one awesome movie and I need help doing so. What I mean is I need help just figuring out how to do so. I wish to write myself but don't know what to write yet.
The main story between the two scripts is this: A wise professor creates a wogglebug, then educates and magnifies him and puts into action a plan of saving the magical world of Genoma and discovering the hidden links between it and our own world. While in our own world a little girl named Sylvie in foster care is adopted and is chosen for her gift of being closer connected to nature then most other humans to save the Enchanted Forest from a demented wizard named Antibo and fulfill a prophecy. She befriends Mr. Wogglebug and together they have an adventure learning a lot from each other.
I don't even know if it is possible to successfully combine these two scripts into something else that will work. But I am eager and willing to give it a try with anyone who would be willing to help me.
