Easy One!! - Copy .ai Graphic Style with Different Color

This is an easy one for anybody than knows their way around Illustrator. I need someone to create a rectangle image, 960x470 that has the same gradient as the attached file, but with a different color.
The image I am trying to copy is the attached file, wrap.png. However, the color needs to be changed to match the color swatch attached. Because it is a gradient, the final image should have darker and lighter tones than swatch attached.
The deliverable should include a .png file 960x470 as well as the corresponding .eps, .psd or .ai file.
