Need YouTube & Social Media Background/Banner Designs

I need a background designed for my YouTube. Our website is [login to view URL] and you can get a feel for the look/etc there...obviously we'd like to somehow include an image of our carriage(s) plus company info/etc with a similar feel/look as our website if possible. One example that I came across (while not the same industry as us) is this: [login to view URL] I've also found a template for the layout of a Youtube background that I can send you, its in PSD format. Also any other social media platforms that allow you to have a custom background/etc I would like those designed also...following the same look/feel/etc of the Youtube one (so everything is more uniform). Now I'm not sure which sites allow custom backgrounds yet...but we have a Facebook page, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, and Pinterest (and we even have a MySpace page). This project is to make ALL of these backgrounds. Should be easy work for an expert. Also MUST include samples of previous work making backgrounds for social media sites (and feel free to include any mock sample if you would like). I also have this project posted on multiple sites, so no guarantee to a winner from this site. I think that covers it...any questions just ask!
