WordPress Expert - Genesis & Dynamik Website Builder

We are looking for a Full Time WordPress Expert & PHP Web Programmer who can build beautiful, fluid & Fast Loading WordPress websites. We are a US based web design & marketing company. We have several website development contracts & are looking to hire a reliable developer. We need someone who is a pro at the Genesis Framework, and hopefully has used "Dynamik Website Builder" and Genesis "Extender Plugin" as well. OptimizePress 2.0 experience helpful. Highly experienced in WordPress site development & Page Load Speed Optimization, to create a well optimized, fast WP sites. WE NEED : Someone looking for a long term employment to be part of our team. Someone who has Passion, & a track record of driving projects to completion. Someone who can dedicate full time to this, 8+ hrs a day, 40 hour work weeks expected. Someone who is online a lot, and can communicate very well, & uses Skype regularly. REQUIREMENTS : College graduate, with at least 4 Years of experience in coding PHP At least 4 years experience with PHP / MYSQL database functions WordPress Expert 4+ Years Experience Familiar with Wordpress Plugins & can easily edit & apply custom plugins Able to Design Nice Looking WordPress sites using Genesis Framework Experience Using the Genesis Framework Strong HTML & CSS skills needed, JQuery helpful Experience Using OptimizePress 2.0 Helpful Use responsive settings to create an optimized Mobile version of sites VPS Server & cPanel knowledge necessary WordPress & Page Load Speed Optimization Configure "W3Total Cache" plugin Configure Content Delivery Network (CDN) or Cloudflare settings Configure WP Security Use of Plugins : Gravity Forms, & Back Up Buddy Be able to Restore WordPress Sites from Database, or BackUp Facebook App Creation & integration Applicants must be able to work from home Have your own software to run programs on a reliable computer Applicants must have RELIABLE high speed internet access and fast personal computer. Slower speed connections severely damage productivity. 1.5 Mbps and higher is OK HELPFUL SKILLS : Experience setting up "Sales Funnels" very helpful . . please mention this in any reply. Facebook API knowledge helpful. We need you to get Facebook Apps & plugins working right, for WP Facebook integration. Experience with BackupBuddy WP Plugin Some graphic design knowledge always helpful, but not necessary . . . Can create custom web applications / codes in PHP Can build an e-commerce website from either Magento, Open Cart, VirtuaMart or others Have design skills to make, modify or create blog templates for wordpress Experience with running, tracking, testing, & managing PPC COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS : Usually online for communication through Skype Excellent English in writing and speech Very good in responding emails and turning around work Daily tracking of hours worked Daily Status Report, end of day 5- 10 Minutes, Must be submitted to the manager.
