Change Wordpress Theme and Website Design - Optimize Press & Graphic Design

I currently have a wordpress site running a theme that is not very good. (Flexsqueeze) I have purchased the Optimize Press 2.0 theme. When I change themes, most of the design and layout becomes broken. It's missing many of the pieces of the website, like the menu bar, the links on the bottom of the page, as well as the text formatting of the blog pages and titles is all messed up. I need someone who is familiar with Optimize Press and is a good designer to transition my website over to the new theme. I want to be able to use Optimize Press as it is, so I don't want to many adjustments to code that could possible mess up the functions of the new theme. You may also need some minor graphic design skills for photoshop because my header may need some resizing to fit the new theme and I have a few text changes that I want to add to the logo and header. I'm always open for a designer to improve the look of the site if they have those skills. This is a job that will be easy for someone who knows what they're doing. Please only bid if you are familiar with the theme Optimize Press or can become familiar with it. I've purchased this theme, because I am not a designer and I want be able to use a beginner friendly designed theme. I will not respond to generic bids. You will need to specifically mention the details of my description and why you know you will be able to do what I need done. Also please enter the word tiger into your bid so that I know that you have read my requirements and that you are able to follow directions. Regarding price, I am willing to pay someone what they are worth, but I don't want to pay too much when this should be a pretty easy project if you have the correct skills. My website has around 100 pages (mostly text and pictures and most are almost identical to each other) and I would like them all checked to make sure that they look ok with the new theme and there are no formatting problems etc. I may also have a couple very minor design things I may ask to be done after the theme has been changed, depending on how everything looks with the new theme. You must be able to communicate well in English and also be available to text chat through a messaging service for communication. If I like your bid, I will send over a couple screen shots of my site now and how it looks with the new theme so you have a better idea. If I find someone who works well on my site, I may have additional design projects for them to do in the future as I am looking to build my blog in 2015 and may need more design and wordpress help. It may also be helpful for you to know how to work on the new theme without activating it, because currently when the new theme is activated, the website looks awful. I'm not sure how this is done, but I assume that a good tech person would know, so please let me know about this as well. I appreciate you taking the time read my description and bid on my project.
