Home Buying Check List & Journal

I am a Realtor and I want to create a Home Buying Checklist, Info Sheet & Home Search Journal-All in One, to give to my buyers and to publish for purchase. This will be printed and bound like a book (soft cover) and be a hard copy to hand out to them as I meet them. I would like for it to contain some art graphics, etc. It will also be available for purchase by other realtors, buyers, sellers, etc. on line- like Amazon. I have the ideas and some work up pages, but need someone to actually put it together and then have it printed and copies made, and sent to me. I then will approach Amazon, etc. to sell on line to other agents, companies, individuals, etc. I can send you mock up versions of my ideas once I know the pricing. I would like to be able to make changes and give a final approval before paying. I can scan and email you what I have and my thoughts on how it should flow, the check list, information, etc. for you to be able to create it. It should not be a hard task since I have most of the information already put together. I just need someone to add art, graphics, and make it look pretty! Thank you.
