Add calculators to Title Company App

Miller Designs, LLC is a graphic design business with only one employee. I typically do print work, logo designs, corporate identity and web design using Wordpress, but currently have an App I am trying to complete for a client in the Title Business. I need someone who can help me create a Net sheet, Buyer Sheet and Multiple Offers for realtors to use. I need an Excel Professional or someone familiar with the real estate calculations to create formulas for needed sheets. I have a competitors screenshots and some other sites who do similar sheets. I need the equations/formulas created. I am using AppPresser to build the app, but really just need the 'code' to drop into the app platform. It is not necessary to know how to use AppPresser. Need someone to help create a Net Sheet, Buyer Sheet and Multiple Offers Sheet to finish the development of the App for a Title Company. If you are not familiar with a Net Sheet: "(A seller’s net sheet is document used by title companies, real estate agents, and other real estate professionals to give a home seller an accurate estimate of their net proceeds (the amount of money they’ll make after expenses like closing costs) from the sale of their home.)" We do not have equations/formulas. Please only apply if you have knowledge about creating the formulas. I can provide examples from others.
