A banner similar to my current newsletter with a photo on right, a title on top center, an area for agent name, title and phone number, and my company logo and a date above. Very similar to my banner now on my current newsletter

Then under on the left I would like an area with a graph similar to the graph on the right side of this file where I can edit the number on it. You see where it says treb mls sales and treb mls average price. I want something like that on the left hand side and then beside it room for a long article. I want be basically be able to emulate this article and this graph on a monthly basis so the article and graph should be editable
Then on the bottom of first page a featured listings area where I can advertise 4 listings with a title and footer where I can include listing descriptions similar to my newsletter
then on the bottom a footer saying for more listings visit: [login to view URL]
