Banner Design for networking event

Hello! My name is Alex. I am going to make a networking event for creative people with invited speaker and I need to create an invitation banner for this event. I have attached 3 files, the first one where the bulbs hang, I think to use it as a background for the text. The second banner, this is an example of what I would like to see in the end. Simple design, with nice composition and good looking fonts and matching colours. If appropriate, for the overall composition, you can also add a line or lines, as in the example. Third image is a photo of a speaker itself. If it will be appropriate I would like to include photo of a speaker in the banner as well, but I am not sure if the background attached will be suitable for it. If you have any ideas of how to make the banner look better and moreprofessional, please let me know.
