Build a mobile player app for iOS and Android which connects to streaming music via cellular network

My company ([login to view URL]) builds and deploys choreographed lighting and music shows in urban venues...mostly larger and medium sized cities. The music for each show will be streamed on the cellular platform (no wifi), and is to be accessed through new iOS and Android apps. Pedestrians will watch the light show in person at the location, and listen to high quality music via mobile app.
This is a 30 day development. I have a rough preliminary wire frame. We will provide photography and visual content. All code must be documented.
We will probably want to add local weather indicator.
APP FEATURES:
Outdoor light-shows are choreographed in cities and venues. Theas are individually scheduled by UrbanFX (UFX) for various venues and cities. Every city and venue has a unique light show, and a different synchronized audio stream.
Pedestrians will watch the light show locally, while privately listening to synchronized streaming audio through their app. Streaming music is to be provided by Triton Audio. UFX will share all required proprietary protocols for connecting to their mobile data stream.
The apps (iOS and Android) will join the correct mobile data stream based upon the city chosen by the app user (which is their "first act" to initiate). Testing to understand and adjust for latency is important in the app development and launch and may need to be adjusted for some venues (or by the app user).
These are the important functions/features/requirements for the Android and iOS UrbanFX apps.

a. Auto join the selected show, or auto-display a countdown clock and joins as scheduled

i. Scrollable with text and pictures
b. About Us (UrbanFX) with contact info
c. Sharable Digital Postcard
