Build a one-page website for a macOS app

Build a highly responsive one-page (long page) website for a macOS desktop app based on existing pre-designed HTML5+CSS3 files (see image). The design is mostly finished but the developer/graphic designer needs to to integrate the HTML and CSS with a Bootstrap+Javascript components that results in a very scaleable, engaging, and responsive website on tablets and mobile devices as well as on desktops (mobile friendly). The website will need to fulfill the following criteria: 1. Use Bootstrap4 framework including the Bootstrap Grid to create a responsive design 2. Use HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript only 3. Include navigation for the website - set Navigation to jump to different points on the same website by using anchor links. 4. Add Google analytics 5. Add buttons and actions for 1) link to facebook app website 2) Include a form for sending feedback to website (email) 3) Include button that redirects to App store 4) include clickable company logo that redirects to company website 4) 6. Include strategically located placeholders for images and video showing the app in use. Make it easy to change the images in the future (logical layout of files and images) 7. Site works well on browsers - test site in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari 8. Try to enable as many features as possible to fulfill the Progressive Web Apps requirements. Use Lighthouse Tool to meet the standard of PWAs ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) and provide regular reports during development. 9. Add the [login to view URL] vocabulary in the HTML code ([login to view URL]) 10. Make sure good SEO requirements are included such as tags for meta, title etc. to make website visible on the web. 11.† The developer should be willing to go several rounds of improvements to ensure that the requirements are met. Especially, that the website passes the Lighthouse Tool tests and includes good SEO practices. The design and layout of the HTML and CSS files can be changed if there are better approaches to designing the website. The developer/graphic designer should be able to reliably show portfolio of their previous work. No templates will be accepted or copying of others work.
