PLEASE DO NOT BID SPECULATIVELY WITHOUT FULLY READING AND UNDERSTANDING THE REQUIREMENTS. I require an interactive website building, it should be compatible with desktop (fully responsive) and mobile/tablet, both IOS & Android. Further details regarding content and specific functionality will be described and sent once Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed. Initial functionality required: An interactive map of the world that appears 3-D on the area being looked at. Users must be able to navigate the map using the 8 directions of North, North East, East, South East, South, South West, West and North West. They must also be able to tilt and spin the map as well as zoom in to and search for particular places via country, city or coordinates. The map must look aesthetically professional and must be an accurate reproduction of the world. In terms of scale the users must be able to zoom in closely to see a great amount of detail. Using existing map tool such as Google Maps is perfectly acceptable. International Waters and Economic Zones in the oceans must be defined on the map. However, 1 important difference is that the map needs to be overlaid with 6 sided hexagonal tiles that fit together to form a perfect grid (like a bee’s honeycomb). The grid must cover the entire surface of the earth both land and sea. Each one of these hexagon tiles must have an area of approximately 0.048km squared (which is 48,000 metres squared), and be identified by a unique alphanumeric number. The Longitude and Latitude of the 6 points of the hexagonal tiles will need to be logged exactly. Users then need to have the functionality to purchase a tile by clicking on it to add to a shopping cart. A user may purchase multiple tiles at the same time. Once purchased the map should permanently change and feature an overlay of text of the user’s name and home country flag within the tile. The tile should fill with the user's flag allowing so it is clear to others that it is has been purchased. The payment process should go via Paypal and be user friendly. The saved details will make repeat future purchases and logging into the account very simple and quicker once the initial card details have been input into the users’ account. Below the map area lower down the desktop page or on mobile app should be details of the tile that has been selected including: Tile’s Unique ID, Longitude and Latitude of each point of the tile. If owned the username and nationality. Search option to display data showing results in table format and in addition the map should auto zoom and to highlight the positions. For example, user could search any of the following; Longitude and Latitude, "Atlantic Ocean","Irish Sea", “UK”, “England”, “Manchester”, “M21 1AB”. If search is performed by admin results should also include: Users title, first and last names, full address & postcode/zip, e-mail, date of birth. Overall in terms of colour scheme the site should be of clean and simple design, with natural colours and fonts that could be associated with Earth colours (blue/green/turquoise). We also want a page showing recent transactions that have taken place with other users.
