Front Page - summary of hottest deals which will be created automatically based on votes and can be managed by admin, similar kind of sorting/categorisation functionality as Hotukdeals but for a specific market (This will be communicated to the hired Freelancer). Distinctive area for features which will focus on high-value products. The deal summaries should have 'go to deal' 'vote up/down' and 'share' buttons without having to click into the deal. All the "deals" that the users place will be rated by other community members of the site and have a rating on how good they think the deal is. - comments needs to be enabled for every deal *Optimised Deal & Voucher Landing Pages -Deal Details & Why we think it’s a good deal -Vote Deal Up/Down -Share Deal -Comments (registration required) -Expiry Date (optional - deal should be marked as EXPIRED when it surpasses the expiry date - Admin should be able to easily manage & close down deals from the backend) *Optimised Feature Pages (with associated Landing Pages) *Community - Simple User Registration & saved searches & newsletter preferences *Share Deals & Features via Social Media for admin *Forums *Search for Deals by Merchant - All deals must be associated to a Merchant. The Merchant must be set up by Admin on the CMS before a deal associated to that Merchant can be posted. *Deal Alerts *Live Feed *Mobile-friendly and Optimised *Built with SEO in mind *Backend management of Merchants/Deals/Vouchers/Features should be easy and intuitive, possibly via a database, making Affiliate Marketing across multiple channels easy. The project is not in English only and will require a language file or language selection for other European languages. The project must be readable, maintainable, extensible. Must be able to communicate on skype and send regular updates of the work progress. A website maintenance contract will be awarded to the same freelancer if the Job is successfully completed. To make an official proposal and send you, I request to have your response because this space is less and I can not attach any document till you response. Questions: 1) Are all products posted by sellers or they come from affiliated groups ? 2) You did not say about payment processes and Shipping of products. 3) For SEO, we could fix only on-site SEO during the development because you know that SEO in general is a long term process and we should have a different agreement for that.
