“El Chuliprecio” ([login to view URL]) is a classified ADS webpage and we what to make it new, also we need a smartphone app It also administrate classified ads for Print media and radio satiations, the main idea is to allow the user to create an classified ad for internet and allow him to decide to post it in a predetermined group of printed newspapers, also to pay to be announced in some predetermined radio programs. Also we want to create “Brokers” so they and upload and be related to some of the ads in categories like Real state, Car lots and Jobs Finally we need a special administrator for our main Real state company that can upload ads and have a special display and also we need all the ads from this company to be display in the normal pool of classified ads Users: 1. Administrator. 2. Broker. 3. Main realstate broker. 4. Newspaper designer. 5. Radio broadcaster. 6. Editor. 7. Classified ADS payment registration 8. Regular User. The administrator should be able to: • Create “mother” and “daughter” categories. • Add to those “daughter” categories characteristics that will be used like filters wile the user search • To add “Brokers” and set to what categories can he upload and how many ads can he upload • Set up radio programs and newspapers so the user can buy space for his ad • Create users and assign permits for those users. The Broker should be able to: • Create ads in the sections that is allowed to. • To related to that particular ad that he create (like a contact information) or not. The Newspaper designer should be able to: • Access the ads ready to be printed in a particular edition of the newspaper. The Radio broadcaster should be able to: • Access the ads ready to be advertised in a particular day of his particular radio program. The editor should be able to: • Review and approve, edit or cancel all the ads one by one to correct stuff like orthography and bad photos etc., or cancel it if the content is not legal or appropriated for all readers. The user should be able to: • Create an account using Facebook or email so he can manage his ads. • Know the views and clicks of his ads. • To pay to be on the top of the search results. • Create an ad without create an account. • Select and pay to be publicized in the traditional media (Newspaper and radio stations) • To receive a “cancel code” so he can cancel any time. • To pay via pay pal • To receive a code so he can identify his ad and pay in the office.
