Build a Website from an Access Database

I have a complex ACCESS functional database with client-side script that I need to convert to an online project.
It will consist of about 40 static/semi-static tables. (Client Info, Supplier Info etc), but also of dynamic tables (price lists that change monthly and annually) and some complex forms/queries which will require prices to be calculated based on current prices from 3 to 6 different tables.
The client side script consists of:
1. Export of 2 created tables (generated by queries) into an existing Excel Spreadsheet.
2. The Excel Spreadsheet tests distances in VBA through Google Maps API.
3. The results gets imported again into the online DB. (It deletes the existing table and replaces it with a new table.)
Alternative methods welcome.
The successful candidate should:
1. Build the SQL database, and Website front end for the input forms.
2. Build the functionality and formulas.
Therefore, the successful candidate should be able to convert my existing native platform to an online solution. A willingness to orientate me with the required scripts as it is being build will be a huge advantage.
This is a big project, but with very urgent timelines.
