Building a Better JotForm

We're a coffee company and we want to improve our order forms aesthetic and functionality. 1. We'd like to provide some branding guidelines to bring our JotForm in line with the brand 2. We'd like to add a tool which can tally the total pounds of coffee ordered as well as the total number of bags. This would be very simple for someone who is experienced with JotForm, but takes a lot of time for someone who hasn't worked with it much. Hence looking for help.
