A classifieds project

I want a simply classifieds project with some info below: 1. Register & Login: Users can register for 2 type: Poster or Reader. User must verify by phone number (its user id). 2. Poster: He can send messages to board to every Reader can view. This messages also post to a Facebook Group (if he update his Facebook account in profile). He can send message to a Reader, call to Reader via Call applications of his phone. 3. Reader: He can post message to board as Poster. He can read all messages on board, reply to Poster via message or call to Reader via Call applications of his phone. 4. Functions: - Users can send a refer message to his friends in contact list and get points if his friends install this app then apply refer Code - User can report to admin and check bad user id - Reader can filter the results show by distance from his local or/and cities (get from Google map) - Notify on phone if it has message to him - Display Poster density on Google map - Display Reader density on Google map 5. Admin: - Statics Reader, Reader posts by all/year/month/week - Statics Poster, Poster posts by all/year/month/week - Set time to active Reader (example: if Admin sets for 3 days, it means Reader can only read and reply messages in 3 days) - Set points for a user refer friend 6. Request: - Android and iOS app for user - Nodeis for backend - Firebase for database - Clean source code - Warranty 12 months And the last, my budget is unless $1200.
