Consumer (age 60-75) Invitation marketing piece (to be mailed)

This is a printed marketing piece targeting retirees age 60-75. We have supplied all of the text, just are looking for the design aspect. This piece should be designed to attract middle income retirees. It will be printed and mailed. Specifications for printing purposes should be designed on no larger than the equivalent print space of a 11 x 17 sheet of paper (can be cut down if various pieces were needed), or a folded brochure type would also be workable. Finished sized would be cut and folded/ and inserted in a 6 x 9 envelope. Open to alternative mailing options as well. I don't have a preference as to what it is designed in, but final files must include a .pdf (for my viewing as well as I don't have photoshop, indesign or any designer software). Any images designed or used would need to provided to us. I have made a few notes within the content to clarify things. Essentially, we are providing the content, but any design elements are left completely up to you. Must be audience appropriate. Opting to stay on the lower end of the budget selected.
