I am requesting an architect to design lay out for a state of art resort for holistic medical healing. 1. The resort is Lake Front Property 2. will not be one large building instead it will be a colony of tiny smart homes with lake access and a bridge. 3. This resort will have the following amenities: Medical offices, Dinning options, Plaza, Store front property with secure location nested in between the mini colony and Family center with Daycare, Onsite Spa and Studio for Exercise classes. 4. It will support environmental sustainability with Cold and hot temperatures. 5. The location of this resort will be in the wilderness of a cold location. 6. We want it to be a family environment with accommodations for disabled individuals. 7. We want to build a driving path inbetween the Colony for everyone to get around in a mini golf cart or snow mobile. 8. Design must be a 3D render with Color 9. Please include scaled version of design. 10. All copy rights of this design shall belong to my company
