UI designer needed - Competitive Salary

I'm looking for a talented UI Designer for a long term job opportunity. This will involve creating UI for: 1. Web Designs 2. App Designs Job Opportunity I'm the founder of a design agency ([login to view URL]) where we provide designs for clients. We're a team of 7 ([login to view URL]) designers however sometimes we're unable to handle the demand and so we're looking for a part-time freelancer to join the team. Any jobs that we can't handle will be assigned to you :) In addition, as the company grows there will be an opportunity to work full-time with us, working part-time is a great way to see if we like working with you and if you like working with us :) I'm sure you'll like us though, we're super friendly and are always looking to work with talented designers. As of right now we have 1 internal for a habits tracking app that should last a few weeks. In this job you'll be responsible for designing the UX and the UI from scratch. From there the amount of work depends the demand from our clients. However, even if we don't get work immediately it's always good to connect so that I can reach out when we do have work! Pay for part-time will be $6/hour - when moving to full time pay will be $950/month **What I'm looking for in a graphic designer is** 1. Good communication skills - must be fluent in English 2. Ability to work with different styles What I expect: 1. **Replies within one business day** - I understand that you'll have other obligations, but as we're working with clients I expect prompt replies within a business day.
