Fast and Effective Image Editing Firm Needed

Please read this before applying! Hey Freelancers- This is a project for freelancers with lots of good reviews specifically for image editing. I have a series of vintage polaroids I need several tasks performed on. Some of the art polaroids contain nudity, they are Fine Art pictures, so you must be ok with this to proceed: - Take original high quality scan of polaroid - Remove background and shadow on scanner bed, leaving polaroid image itself. Straighten using inner image corners as guide. (File 1) - Leave natural cracks, remove nicks and lint with superficial editing (File 2) - Perform very light color balance editing to improve skin tones/highlights/etc. (File 3) - Proceed to next phase of editing, to be discussed in chat and paid for separately. (File 4-X) -Return all files as highest quality .PNG's. ***This is an EXTREMELY FUN project. The images are very intense and amazing. Lots of work to do, need you to provide me a competitive per-image rate. Files 4-X are going to be inner-crops. A face removed, a section removed, a hand removed, creating a whole folder of .png's with transparent backgrounds that can be collaged. **These collage element collection is a paid project. I will pay a competitive rate for each file to be turned into files 1-3 (between $.50-$1.50 per image), then a separate $1 or $2 per image to have files 4-x created. We will do these 15-20 at a time. *I am looking for a COMPLETELY English-fluent COMPANY (not individual) who can work on this top-bottom with expediency.
