Google Maps site fix - adding device meny etc.

Hi, 
We need to make a menu on a GoogleMaps map for our devices. What is the job about? - Design a modern och nice looking menu for the devices. Its needs to looking modern and nice. Must be placed on a good position on the map - maybe to the right.
 - Code the menu. (Everything needs to be responsive, just like all remaining features on the page already are).
 - Connect the menu to the API 
 - All icons on the map will be updated in realtime every 10 seconds. (they don’t do it today) How do we work? - We only work within the freelancer - and requires that the entire work is via freelancer for both their safety. - We does not release any milestones at all until the work is complete.
Of course, we pay the money on the direct to freelancer, but we do not release the milestone until the job is done and we can check the list of tasks. - It should be well written code, we will review the code. Google Maps, Javascript/JSON, HTML 5, CSS etc. If you are sure you can complete the job, please feel free to bid.
