Graphic design work - extracting and exporting images

I require some graphic design work to be done. I bought two big .AI / .EPS file with 100+ isometric images in them. Each image is presumably in its own layer. I have not been able to confirm this since I do not have Adobe Illustrator. I need you to grab each isometric image from the main .AI / EPS file and put the image into its own SVG file that I can open in Inkscape. So that will be 100 separate SVG files. I also need these images to be combined 3 or 4 at a time into a new SVG image file that I can use on my website. I need 50 of these new images (with 3/4 items in them each). There are no new images to draw. Just grab the existing images, re-arrange them together, resize them and then export them as a new image.
So I need to get:
100+ sets of files from you with one item in it.
Another 50 sets of files from you with 3/4 items in them.
I need each set of files to be in both SVG and hi-res PNG format. And any other format that makes it easy for me to use them in the future in newsletters, blog posts, etc. .
