I AM A WEB DEVELOPER MYSELF PLEASE READ CAREFULLY; I WOULD LIKE FULLTIME FREELANCERS FOR THEIR HIGH AVAILABILITY - NO COPY/PASTE PROPOSALS PLEASE My goals for my business is to have a quick turnaround time for all projects, so I require someone who is a full-time freelancer for their availability, as I really enjoy 1 day turnarounds for my small projects .
