Help me setup a internet marketing plan -- 3

My wife and I are starting a business and need to setup an online marketing plan from scratch whose focus will be on SEM and YouTube.

We need someone who has moderate to advance skills in the marketing area.

We are an online company that ship, sell at trade shows, and temporal stands in malls, all whiting Costa Rica.

We will aid you with translations as needed.

While the great majority of our clients speak English we want all of our ads to be in Spanish

It’s Very important that the search key words need to be in both Spanish and English.

We want your proposal to be based on the following work breakdown structure:

1. Web page revision

a. Web page analytics (verify that is properly setup to track our campaigns that we will be doing)

b. General website optimization

c. Special attention paid to the Landing page

2. Market segment description (We will provide a final draft, you will need to finish it).

3. Creation of 2 to 5 Personas (We will provide a final draft, you will need to finish it).

4. Market and Competition research (We will provide a final draft, you will need to finish it).

5. Keyword Research

a. English Keyword Research

b. Spanish Keyword Research

6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

7. Search Engine marketing (SEM)

a. Google

b. Bing (optional)

c. Yahoo (optional)

8. Video Ad creation (at least two)

•No more than 15 seconds

•We want it to have voice

•We will provide the voice cover in Spanish (we want it to be in my wife’s voice)

a. The script/content for the video ad using best practices

b. Video for message/persona 1 creation

c. Video for message/persona 2 creation

9. Web banners creation

•At least two banners, in at least two different size each. For total of at least 4.

a. The script/content for the banners using best practices

b. Banner for message/persona 1 creation

c. Banner for message/persona 2 creation

10. YouTube campaign(this includes video and banners)

a. Contextual advertising

b. Retargeting (optional)

11. Display advertising (this includes video and banners)

a. Contextual advertising

b. Retargeting (optional)

12. Affiliate marketing (optional)

13. Mobile advertising (optional)

14. Email campaign (optional)

a. Setup a popup on the webpage to collect email and have those added to mail chimp.

b. Create mechanisms to categorize the Emails

Propose a new work breakdown structure. You can add, take away, and reorder as you see fit. We do not mind if you outsource some of the work, or ask us to do so. Just mention it in your proposal.

Your milestone needs to be based on the work breakdown structure, so for every major task there should be a milestone, and for most minor task there should be one as well.

For the following things, please state how comfortable you are, how often you use/do them, and if you can provide examples. Please remember that we are not looking for an expert in all areas:

• Spanish proficiency

• Cover page/copy write creation

• Creation of JPEGs, GIF, flash, and similar graphics

• Holistic health, Vegetarian, raw eating, etc.
