Moreover update their payment information - Payment Mode- Only through credit card, We already have an account with a payment gateway called [login to view URL] - Delivery Time - As mentioned, our standard delivery time is 48 Hours, if customer selects option before that additional charges will apply. - At the time of creating an account, have an option to link Facebook or Google Plus, so things like first name and last name can be auto-completed based on their data on those applications. - Have the option for email notification to customer when creating an order, if they select that option then we can send them all the emails, or else just have an order status tab, where we can update the status, like in Zomato. - Area Management – Can we restrict with number of KM from our factory or how to handle this to avoid bookings from regions we do NOT service. - How to manage multiple bookings, is there any alternative method or what would be the cost to implement this, as we do NOT want to lose customers during peak hours due to this. - Pricing Page – Have different Tabs such as Dry Cleaning, Press Only, Repairs/Alterations and Wash & Fold. The customer then clicks on the tab and the prices then drop down, rather than to scroll through the entire price list to search for a specific service. - integrated Zendesk Chat, for messages can we link the same in the app for customers to leave any messages or an online chat with our team? - Rate the service after the order has been completed, such as in UBER and Zomato. - An iFrame in our website that can help users to place an order directly through the website as well.
