Make a new template responsive + add php functiunality

We need a new complete fresh design responsive (computer - ipad - smartphones) !!! You need to send first send a Photoshop designed template (Home - List mode - Single mode - form) Attention this is a adult website - The site already exist [login to view URL] - Principe of the site, user can post advert and advert are listed after a link validation. - user is limited to 3 advert per day based on ip - 3 types of listing (home page the last advert posted - list mode in category - single view - form) - all the site is functional and we send you a .zip copy to place on you server - All need to be designed menu pages listing ... with a fresh structure and pictograms We have 4 banner format that need to be on all the pages 1x - 468x60 inside header (top right) 2x - 728x90 ( 1 on top adn 1 bottom of the site) 2x - 472x200 after 5/10 advert in list mode a column where we can place many 203x304 in vertical (this is new format of banner not on site for the moment) Banners need to be show proportionnaly in responsive mode too. - Function need to be added If admin is logged availability to modify existing advert Modify main picture - modify text - button to delete complete advert and availability to delete advert when surfing on front of website - Availability to make a shearch on all the field to find a advert in admin - In admin have paginated advert result per 50 advert - only load the 50 last result if we come on menu (advert) in admin - When advert is deleted its needed that all the images linked are also deleted - change the layout of the advert in list and single mode (free for purpose) and have a easy call button on the phone number (tel:) - show the advert number inside the advert - Have pictograms for regio / date / age / phone / Website - place a logo on the advert (Call me now) if the advert is posted < 2 hour - place a logo on the advert (New) if the advert have < 2 weeks - make it easy to post advert from a smartphone or tablet - make a cron job if advert older than 1 year delete the pictures (on disk) and delete also on the advert (database row) to don't leave a missing image on the advert - Make the field "Website" a little minder restrictive on the format, for the moment it don't accept / at the end of url make a if no http place a http automatically (attention admin also have a form) - delete the field Adress from the form (attention admin also have a form) - need to have a new beautiful easy capcha - check that the badwords work normally with a check on all fields - correct the images on home page (preview of a horizontal image are not show correctly need to be proportional but all the images on home page need to have same size) - place the "More Search" keyword also in list pages and single at the bottom (just before the footer) - need a rss that contain ( title - main image + other images - advert content - regio - phone ) 50 last that we can adjust in settings page - need a beautiful footer that content 4 column - before the footer a line that user can subscribe his e-mail to receive newsletter (we can send you the form script) We use a Redmine platform for debugging you work.
