We do not need a website built at this point only looking for the design mock up for the home page so need a graphic designer.
The Deliverables are as follows:
1) Create a Home Page Mock up for Paulson Performance Institute whose purpose is find, advance, and create accelerated performance in its three main specialties.
i. Executive & Leadership Coaching
ii. Talent Assessments
iii. Team Dynamics
2) Incorporate Logo and name of company
3) No more than three-page scrolls on home page
i. Section one / Simple– Must convey performance but no professional sports theme. Could be crewing, whitewater rafting, etc. that implies team or could be individual, but we are not a sports coaching business… this area must provide a section that clients can click on to access our three primary specialties. This could be static image (s), or a carousel.

2. We’re not opposed to large billboard styles either such as the following:

ii. Social Media - We plan on using LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. We are on the forefront of tech in decision making process for performance, so must be able to get clients or viewers to sign up on social media platforms with enticing graphics. We will be on Utube, Amazon, Apple, look at [login to view URL] for ideas on using social media. This is a big deal for us to pursue.
iii. We plan on being in the news or using clients in the fortune 500 space so need a space for showing company or major news feeds that we plan to be published on such as Wall Street Journal, INC, Harvard Business Review, etc.….
4) We need a navigation bar somewhere on the page with the following:
a. Services
b. Hire Top Performers
c. About
d. Contact
e. Press and Speaking
5) Lastly, we need to add a subscribe button and a contact us button on the home page.
