Mockup Mobile E-learning Site

I would like a mockup of a mobile website that will be used to provide training to workers. This is just graphic design to develop the look and concept, not actual web development. Design for a typical smartphone with a 5 - 5.7" screen.
I only want a design for the content portion, you can just assume there will be a standard header with logo and hamburger menu at very top. This is unbranded, so you can choose the color scheme and look.
These will be micro-lessons with very limited content. The landing page will have the available topics to choose from, I am picturing tiles, but could be something different. Regardless of what you choose, it should be a fast way to navigate through 5-50 topics. Using an icon or small picture is fine, as well as small amount of text (up to 30 characters). No search bar at this time.
Once a topic is selected, the lesson will open and will have 3 parts. First it will have a short amount of key information in bullets, second, a short question or scenario, and third will be a checklist of items with shorter text. The order of these may be changed, so each should be separate units.
This question/scenario is the most important part. Below the question there should be 3-5 possible choices (but it is not a test, the user will click on each answer to see the response and learn from each). When a response is clicked, a description of what is good or bad about that response is shown. Then the user will click another response to see the feedback from that choice.
Delivery is OK as a Photoshop file, but should also include jpgs. I attached sample text (text is completely made up, but should be similar in length to real text).
