Paid Group Chat Session

Looking for a developer to help design and develop paid membership group chat website. Preferably using WordPress, s2member, PayPal, etc., but most importantly mobile friendly for iOS, android, etc. Website purpose is to share each exclusive stock option trade for a fee with only a paid member. Participant/member is required to pay a fee for every trade shared secret. Upon payment verification member should be able to view content of a particular trade. If possible members ability to copy and screen capture should be disabled. There may be multiple trades each and every day. Therefore, the naming convention for each group (trade) will be using western date format followed by a hyphen and two digit numerical value that represent the trade number, i.e. 01Jun2018-01. Example, A new group named 01Jun2018-01 is created by moderator to communicate Buy AAPL June 01, 2018 $190 Calls for $0.10 as well as the exit strategy. As soon as this new group is created, all registered users should receive an alert that a new trade is now available. This alert is sent to registered users cell, email or social media whatever that they have used when they created their site profile (i.e. WhatsApp, Twitter, etc.). When recipient clicks the link it initiates payment collection process from the member upon which the content of only that particular group is visible and allows member to participate in group discussion for that trade. No new subscription is accepted to that group (trade) after 4 PM (EST) or after moderator stops accepting request to join. Once moderator closes the group it should be archived and no longer visible to members. Moderators should have ability to see archived information. Landing page is visible to public for general purpose and should be clean design with a logo, profile (about us), trade history, disclosers, contact us, etc. Registered user receives additional information and links that aren't visible to unregistered users. Pay-Per-Trade will receive notification to permit participation to every new group (trade). Lotto trades are high-risk, high-reward trades using similar naming convention followed by letter L for lotto. Subscription to this is at higher participation price and follow same strategy. No one other than moderator has the permission to create a chat group. Each payment is good for one trade, one group.
