Hi, I'm a commercial real estate broker and I need to someone with sharp photoshop skills to edit and label pictures for a property brochure. The pictures are drone aerials and because they were shot in winter the grass is dead and the sky is dull. You will need to improve the overall aesthetic appearance and also add various labels. Attached for examples and instruction are the following items. Please make sure to review all items in full before making edits because it is very important that picture labels are legible once they are popped into the flyer template. (1) a brochure with examples of good quality labeled pictures (attachment: "Sample - Picture Quality") (2) the subject property's brochure draft template (attachment: "Flyer Template - Subject Property") (3) a powerpoint with specific instructions on what to label (attachment: "Picture Instructions - Subject Site")
