PHP dating software modification

I have a website called [login to view URL] . It is a dating site. When members click on the Sign in tab on the upper right corner, below the social media icons I want it to say " Not a member? Register for free! " which register For Free should be linked to the registration page. (On my site the registration page starts on the homepage since the first and second question starts on the homepage so it should be linked to the homepage.) unless we create one more copy of the join page which is this page [login to view URL] and include the first and second question that is currently on the hoempage on this copy of the join page.
