Hey. I need a rather simple site. I will make the design, send mock-ups, made in Photoshop or InDesign, along with description of behaviour and transitions, along with further info. The site must be CMS, scalable, and work on mobiles and tablets. It can be programmed in WP, Joomla or if you can recommend a third way, which can be hosted by major companies.
