Seeking highly skilled individual to produce bespoke contemporary business templates using Microsoft Office 365 - Word.

We're looking to work with a person who is highly skilled at developing bespoke business templates for our company using Microsoft Office 365 - Word. We are a relatively small company operating near St. Albans in an interesting and progressive field. We need to amalgamate and update various different existing templates (letters, reports, procedures, memo's) into uniform templates representing our brand in a modern and highly professional theme. The templates need to have the following features:

Features:

• Fresh, simple, uncomplicated, clean, modern design (contemporary font etc.), uncluttered by many colours, graphics, various font sizes and representative of our brand and website

• Robust and intuitive, able to withstand use by persons relatively unskilled in MS Office without needing fixes/expert input

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present examples of templates for review

• Ensure very high quality work is produced

• Anticipate and solve any problems

• Responsive, solution orientated, takes initiative

• Happy to challenged and adaptive to people’s ideas

Qualifications:

• Highly skilled at working with MS Word including more complex aspects e.g. headings, table content, footers, headers, hyperlinks, indices, figure and table captioning etc

• Familiarity with international requirement’s for document and quality control (e.g. ISO 9001)

• Creative flare – and flexibility to balance creativity with professional requirements

• Up to date with contemporary company template designs

• Familiar with professional reporting requirements and etiquette

• Strong communication, organizational skills

• Efficient and adaptive to balance the requirements of staff input

• Demonstrable background working in professional companies

We are looking to work with an individual who has their own company and payment will be on an hourly basis.

We will ask for examples/portfolio of report temples and envision the production of a few designs from which to choose from.
