Sharing Website With Social Media Via Icons

My website currently has some social media icons in the upper right to share my website with the social media websites. It is currently using external code from sharethis.com. I want to replicate the sharing features I have in the upper right. I want my own JavaScript library for this. External code must not be used. I must be 100% satisfied with the deliverables before any milestone is released. You must create graphic icons for each social media link. These must use a single sprite graphic. I do not want separate graphics for each icon. Upon clicking an icon, I also need the JavaScript to call a script which I will create so I can track the number of shares.
