Simple Android Wallpaper App

Looking to create a simple, reusable wallpaper app with admob banner integration. Preferably within a navigation drawer activity and images contained in a gridview. Ideally, the code would be reusable, in the sense that new images could be easily placed to create another wallpaper app. If possible, images should be loaded in an optimized, lag-free manner, and minimum API level around 14-15.
