I am a fluent writer of English and highly creative with a background in policing, marketing, economic development, and writing.
I have been responsible for creating slogans for locations, businesses, and products as well as developing new business names and titles for books.
I would need you to brief me on:
- the demographics of your target customers
- what appeals to them in terms of tone
- the triggers/issues that spark their interest and touch a nerve in relation to their dismissal
- the type of emotions they felt before and during their dismissal and the feelings they might have post-dismissal
- the number and types of cases you have won including a broad breakdown of your customer segments in terms of age, gender, job and typical events that have led to the dismissal
-the range of help/support and advice you give your customers
-any current slogans you use to promote your business and examples, if you have them, of competitor slogans or slogans from law firms nationally you consider represent the 'top of the game.'
Following your briefing, I would develop a range of slogans drawing on ideas arising from the triggers and issues of target customers and the strengths and benefits of your law firm's offer to its customers. I would then send these slogans to you, together with the reasoning behind them, for your consideration and refine any which do not work for you.
When you are satisfied with the slogans, my work will be complete and I will assign over copyright.
