Hello! Here's the information about our website and the features we need! Here's also a video of how we want it to be (be like, expecting much better design)! Keep it simple, and without too many clicks. [login to view URL] We are ofcourse ready to help with the translation, but there's not that many words, since you should be able to change most of the stuff. Log-in: First and foremost, we need a simple login function with approximately 5-10 logins and all information needs to be saved on those log-ins. Front-page: We have attached some video material and our self-made prototype that you´ll be able to look at when creating the website. The most important factors on our front-page is that all of the dots needs to be red at first until you have planned a lesson it turns yellow and when you are done it needs to turn green. Another important thing is that you can edit or add the headlines in the matrix both the vertical and horizontal ones. That way we´ll be able to customize the website to each individual teacher. Furthermore, it should be possible to change class and subjects easily which is also illustrated in our video. Planning page: On the planning page well need 4 planning criteria’s including the ones we talk about in the video called “Plan, Lektier, Grupper and Materiale”. In English those 4 things mean plan, homework, groups and material. You should be able to click on each one of them to be able to write a note. Another important thing on this page is the box keeping score of how many times a teacher does something in their lessons for instance make the kids work in groups, individually and so forth. We´ll need this to be a list that you can add stuff on so it´s also important that this page is editable. The last thing on this page is being able to change the date in the right corner. Assignments of the class page: The first thing you´ll be able to do is to see how many of the annually hours. You should also be able to look at another assignment by clicking on the name of the assignment like on the feedback page. The bar chart shows a picture of how all of the students did in that exact assignment in average. The information in that chart needs to sum up the results from the feedback list, but well get back to that later. The last thing we need on the assignment page is boxes in the bottom indicating which students had the lowest score in the assignment which makes it easier for the teacher to spot and help that group of students. Feedback list: The main function of this site is to review assignments and give the feedback on this site. You need to be able give a raiting on the criteria, which just have to be a simple drag function (showen in video). A function to change assignment- everything have to be editable! A way to change the criteria, that the students is graded for. A function to be able to write what the definition of that certain criteria. Ofcourse the teacher should also be able to write a comment about why he/she graded the student the way he/she did, so a comment as feedback too.
