My process will be to draw it manually on the tablet than remade of the sketchas in vector format .ai in Adobe Illustrator, or immediately in format ai . I work in Levi's doing the same work you ask for! I draw and create patterns. After that I edit the images in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to have better results. In Illustrador I create rapports.

I have worked on prints before from designing them till getting them printed so I know the process as a whole and would be a good candidate for the job.
