Unbounce Landing Page Built for Search Engine Marketing

I need a landing page created on Unbounce that can either be transfered to my unbounce account or I would need you to go in and create the landing page in my unbounce account with my login detail. Either way works as long as i have it in my account at the end. I need a landing page created for "Marketing Consulting". Please see the attached document for the requirements of the landing page. I would also like the landing page to have a sign up form so we can gather peoples information and generate a lead from them. The page needs to be about general digital marketing consulting. I would like it to be mostly blue, but i would like it to be modern, mobile friendly and very vibrant and catchy to the eye. Look very professional. Each landing page MUST contain 600 words of SEO content.
