Unique Moire-Effect Painting - Cavalry Charge!!

Hi - My name is Peter and I live in Philadelphia. I'm looking for a digital artist/freelancer to create a special moire-effect artwork. Most moire-effect animations you currently find online is of a single image. What I'm asking from you is to design a scene, a moment in time. But wait, there's more! I require two layers of moire-effect art. Why? The painting will be made of two layers. Working together, yet independent to create a moment in time. By layering, moire-effect will show a sense of depth. In the attached files, you can find drawings of the cavalry charge I'd like for you to design for me. Attachments: 1)Pic 1 - Stripes that go ontop of moire-effect paintings. These lines move over the image to give it the images a sense of motion 2)Pic 2 - 1st layer of Cavalry Charge with soliders on the backs of horses, elephants, lions, giraffes and etc. Please include trees 3)Pic 3 - 2nd layer of Cavalry Charge with soldiers on the backs of various animals 4)Pic 4 - A look at how the layers of moire-effect will stack up.
