Update current VPS backend with new additions.

I need an update of my clients site. There should be updates coming on it: - New dashboard in which the site should show to super users (users with more rights then normal users) financial data in own DIV which include progress of projects etc. - Then the DIV with the projects should be shown. Upper include knowledge of webdesign with HTML5 and mobile first. - For normal users only the projects DIV should be shown. - Every company should have own company space within the VPS server, both in projects and financial pages. - In the dashboard where the projects come, some statistics should come come. - In the existing projects page, some adjustments should be made, like: -- How many users are active within that project -- When was the last edit of the project -- What projectnumber it has -- What title it has -- All database functions etc. - Adjustment on the edit of the project data which was already entered and should be edited later - There should come a role system in which the Admin (able to hover over all the projects and financial pages in the site), Super user (ONLY able to come in own projects and pages) and Normal Users (Only own projects access) - Admin page in which the admin users can: -- Add new companies. -- Add new users to companies -- See how many licenses are given to companies -- Tempororaly lock users/companies - Search bar in which the users can look for own projects and additions within projects, super users should be able to search for invoices etc, and admins should look also for companies. So the search has several layers of searching in the database. I have a document in which the functions are described out. Reach out to me please as I have a deadline on this project. This project conclude PHP, HTML5, Mobile first, Javascript, perhaps node.js and more webbased techniques. Database is MySQL. Site is made for several hundreds of clients in the future.
