Wainscott Design Project - Design 3 panels deep - I will laser cut end design locally

I am a homeowner looking for a designer to design panels for a room I'm finishing and that I'll have a local company laser cut for me. I have inlayed LED lighting in the wainscott area. I would like a design consisting of three laser cut panels with an inch to two inch space between each panel - one against the wall, one in the middle and an outer panel. The idea is for the three designs to work together to give the final product depth. Each layer to be painted a slightly different color to help emphasize the depth. Each designed is to have an inch border around the outside to help give it rigidity. This border is not extended to the 90 degree inside corners where the panels meet each other. The overall pattern shouldn’t be overly dense as the LED lighting helps light the overall room. Final digital file to be provided in DXF format, which is the format the laser cutting company uses. Adobe products can export to this format.
