Website needs to be E-Commerce website; online transactions are an integral part of any business, it is crucial that online payment transactions protect customer information and take steps to ensure privacy.
Other must have e-commerce security features to consider are:
Both customers and sales agents need to have the ability to login (website) and create/make payment, select appliance they want to insure and have a quote provided from the system(as seen on websit provided), reflecting quote, payment options monthly and annually. Purchase quote through secure payment gateway.
We must have the ability to change products, pricing structure and discount or marketing strategies (percentages) at any time, on the website.
Must have quote and webform for products to be insured as shown in row , must display premium amounts clearly .
Two factor authentications: adds an extra layer of security by requiring username/password and a system-generated code sent via email or text.
Advanced Payment Options:
Lonon and Zurich payment gateway, debit and credit card, Apple Pay and Paypal, advance payment options are a must feature for an e-commerce site.
Website needs a professional back end contact management system and must be user friendly .
Must be intergrated with Vtiger CRM and populate the relevant fields in the CRM.
Needs to be compatible with mobile phones tablets and all web browsers
Website will be hosted on our own dedicated server, to be written in word press as agreed.
Must have customer review page.
